Federal Forms

The library has free copies of federal tax forms and instruction booklets available in the parking lot-level lobby. Federal forms and instructions are also available on the IRS website.

State Forms

Rhode Island does not provide us with paper copies of tax forms. Library patrons are welcome to come in and copy or print copies of any tax form, state or federal, upon request. The fee is $.15 per page.
