Join us this summer for a variety of storytimes! All storytimes are held in the John Clarke Children’s Program Room. No registration is required for storytimes. Our regular line-up will resume in the Fall.
Baby Bookworms – Birth to 24 Months
Thursdays at 9:30 am, June 27 – Aug. 8
This program uses read-alouds and nursery rhymes to help babies learn the rhythms and patterns of speech. Time will be provided for board books, play and a chance for parents to network together. *There will be no storytime on July 4.
Little Astronauts Storytime – Ages 2 to 4
Wednesdays @ 10:30am, June 26 – Aug. 7
This program uses read-alouds, activity rhymes, songs, and a craft. It helps young children with developing social skills and advances their interest in books and reading.
Saturday Stories – Ages 1 to 4
Saturdays at 10:00am, June 29, July 13 & 27
This program uses read-alouds, activity rhymes, songs, and a simple craft.
Space STEAM Storytime – Ages 3 to 5
Friday, July 26 at 10:30 AM
Kids will learn simple space science concepts through stories, rhymes, songs, activities and crafts. STEAM helps foster science, technology, engineering, art and math skills to keep kids well rounded and engaged in critical thinking.
