Before submitting a request make sure the book is not already in the library collection by searching the Library Catalog.
Please give as much information as you have. If you have more than one request, please use a new form for each request. We must have your library card number if you want to go on the Request List.
Please note: all suggestions are looked at carefully, but are subject to the same criteria as other library materials, and are not automatically added to the collection.
