About the Newport Public Library: Meeting Rooms
|
The Newport Public Library has FOUR meeting rooms available for public use.

The Rotary Board Room
A formal meeting space, with a seating capacity of 20 people. |

The Stride Meeting Room
A less formal area, with a seating capacity of 25 people. |
 |
The Newport Public Library Program Room
A large meeting room with a small, raised stage and a seating capacity of 72 people. The Program Room also has kitchen facilities. |

The John Clarke Children's Program Room
Next to the Children's Area, the John Clarke Children's Program Room is available to children's activities only.

Groups wishing to use any of these meeting rooms must fill out a written application, available through the Administrative Secretary, who can be reached by telephone (at 847-8720, extension 100) or by email (djames@newportlibraryri.org).
Each application outlines the rules and regulations governing the use of these meeting rooms. Each application must be approved by the Library Director and on file with the Secretary BEFORE any event can be scheduled.
